Al acceder o utilizar la aplicación Zitro Network, aceptas quedar vinculado por estos Términos de Servicio. Si no estás de acuerdo con alguno de ellos, no debes utilizar el servicio.
Estos términos constituyen un acuerdo legalmente vinculante entre tú (el usuario) y Zitro Network (el operador de la plataforma).

El inicio de sesión se realiza exclusivamente con Google (Google Sign-In). La primera vez que inicias sesión se crea tu cuenta; para usar la aplicación debes completar tu perfil eligiendo un nombre de usuario único. Al completar el perfil puedes, si quieres, indicar el código de la persona que te invitó (sección 8).
Eres responsable de mantener la seguridad de tu cuenta de Google. Zitro Network no almacena contraseñas. Cualquier actividad realizada bajo tu cuenta se considera realizada por ti.
Cada persona física puede tener una única cuenta. Crear o usar varias cuentas está prohibido. La aplicación detecta cuando se crean varias cuentas desde un mismo dispositivo y puede marcarlas para revisión (sección 13).
Para proteger el servicio contra el fraude, la aplicación verifica la integridad del dispositivo y de la propia app (por ejemplo, mediante Google Play Integrity y la herramienta de seguridad freeRASP). Si el dispositivo o la aplicación no superan esas verificaciones —por ejemplo, un dispositivo con permisos de administrador (root), una copia modificada de la app o una instalación que no proviene de Google Play—, la aplicación puede bloquear su uso o no permitir iniciar sesiones de minería.
La minería funciona por sesiones de 6, 12 o 24 horas, que eliges al iniciar. Solo puedes tener una sesión activa a la vez. Para iniciar una sesión debes ver completo un anuncio recompensado, cuya visualización verifica el servidor con Google, y tu dispositivo debe superar la verificación de integridad de la sección 4.4.
La recompensa de cada sesión se calcula en el momento en que la inicias y queda fijada para esa sesión: lo que ocurra durante la sesión no la aumenta ni la reduce. La aplicación te muestra la recompensa por ciclo antes de iniciar. Cuando la sesión termina, los ZTR se acreditan automáticamente en tu cuenta, aunque no abras la aplicación. Por seguridad, los ZTR de cuentas creadas hace pocos días pueden quedar pendientes hasta 72 horas antes de sumarse a tu saldo. La app muestra cuándo se acreditan.
La recompensa base de la minería se reduce a la mitad cada vez que la cantidad promedio de personas minando en la aplicación supera ciertos umbrales. Cada reducción es permanente y se aplica a las sesiones que se inicien después; no modifica las sesiones ya iniciadas. Las recompensas vigentes son siempre las que muestra la aplicación.
La racha cuenta los días consecutivos en los que iniciaste al menos una sesión de minería que luego se completó. Los días se cuentan según la hora universal coordinada (UTC). Cada vez que completas un bloque de 7 días seguidos recibes un bono de racha en ZTR, que se reduce junto con la minería en cada reducción periódica. Si pasa un día sin actividad, la racha vuelve a cero.
Cada cuenta tiene un código de referido propio desde que inicia sesión por primera vez. Puedes compartirlo desde la aplicación como código o como enlace. Tu código solo puede usarse para invitar a otras personas cuando tu perfil está completo.
Están prohibidos el auto-referido, las cuentas múltiples, las cuentas falsas y cualquier otra manipulación del programa. Zitro Network puede excluir del bono a las cuentas sospechosas de fraude, corregir bonos obtenidos indebidamente y suspender las cuentas involucradas, conforme a la sección 13.
Zitro Academy ofrece clases en video. Cada clase otorga una recompensa en ZTR la primera vez que la completas; volver a ver una clase ya completada no otorga una nueva recompensa. Para completar una clase debes ver el video hasta el final, y el servidor verifica ese progreso. Para completar una clase, su nivel debe estar desbloqueado: el desbloqueo se obtiene viendo un anuncio recompensado y dura un tiempo limitado. La recompensa de cada clase es la que muestra la aplicación.
El contenido de la Academia tiene fines exclusivamente informativos y educativos. Nada de lo publicado constituye asesoramiento financiero, de inversión, legal o fiscal. Zitro Network no es un asesor de inversiones registrado, un intermediario ni una entidad regulada para prestar ese tipo de asesoramiento. Las decisiones que tomes sobre tus activos son de tu exclusiva responsabilidad; antes de tomar una decisión financiera relevante, consulta a un profesional independiente.
Zitro Network financia el servicio mediante publicidad. La aplicación muestra anuncios de terceros provistos por Google AdMob: anuncios recompensados, cuya visualización completa es necesaria para iniciar sesiones de minería y desbloquear niveles de la Academia, y anuncios de tipo banner.
La aplicación usa el formulario de consentimiento de Google. Si te encuentras en una región donde se requiere tu consentimiento para anuncios personalizados, como el Espacio Económico Europeo, el Reino Unido o Suiza, se te mostrará ese formulario y podrás revisar tu elección desde la aplicación.
Zitro Network no controla el contenido de los anuncios de terceros ni de los sitios o aplicaciones a los que puedan dirigirte, y no se responsabiliza por ellos.
La app incluye una sección Billetera que muestra funciones en desarrollo que hoy no están habilitadas (conexión de billeteras externas y mercado P2P). Zitro no permite comprar, vender, transferir, intercambiar ni retirar ZTR, ni operar con criptoactivos desde la app. Si en el futuro se habilitara alguna función, se informará y se actualizarán estos Términos antes.
Al utilizar Zitro Network te comprometes a no:
No subas fotos ni nombres de usuario ofensivos. Podemos cambiarlos o suspender la cuenta. Para reportar contenido, escribe a privacidad@zitronetwork.com.
Zitro Network aplica controles automáticos para detectar fraude, por ejemplo la verificación del dispositivo (sección 4.4) y la detección de varias cuentas registradas desde un mismo dispositivo. Cuando una cuenta queda marcada como sospechosa, Zitro Network puede excluirla del programa de referidos, impedirle minar, corregir los ZTR obtenidos de manera indebida o suspenderla.
Si crees que tu cuenta fue marcada por error, puedes pedir una revisión escribiendo a privacidad@zitronetwork.com desde el correo asociado a tu cuenta. Una persona del equipo revisará el caso y podrá quitar la marca.
Todos los derechos de propiedad intelectual sobre Zitro Network, incluyendo pero sin limitarse a la marca, el logotipo, el diseño, el código fuente, el contenido educativo y la documentación, pertenecen a Zitro Network o a sus licenciantes.
Se te otorga una licencia limitada, no exclusiva, intransferible y revocable para utilizar la aplicación conforme a estos términos. Esta licencia no te confiere derechos de propiedad sobre ningún elemento de la plataforma.
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley aplicable:
Ninguna disposición de esta sección limita o excluye responsabilidad en los casos en que la ley aplicable no lo permita, incluidos el dolo, la culpa grave, los daños a la persona y los derechos irrenunciables que te reconozca la normativa de protección al consumidor de tu domicilio. Si alguna limitación de esta sección resultara inválida frente a un reclamo concreto, esa invalidez no afecta a las demás, conforme a la sección 20.2 (divisibilidad).
El servicio se proporciona “tal cual” y “según disponibilidad”, sin garantías de ninguna naturaleza, expresas o implícitas, incluyendo sin limitación:
Podemos suspender o cancelar tu cuenta si:
Puedes eliminar tu cuenta en cualquier momento desde la aplicación: abre el menú y elige “Eliminar cuenta”; para confirmar, deberás escribir tu nombre de usuario. La eliminación es inmediata y permanente: se eliminan tu perfil, tu saldo de ZTR, tu progreso en la Academia y tu historial de minería. Las cuentas de las personas que invitaste siguen existiendo, pero pierden el vínculo con tu cuenta. Si ya no tienes la aplicación instalada, puedes pedir la eliminación desde www.zitronetwork.com/eliminar-cuenta o escribiendo a privacidad@zitronetwork.com desde el correo asociado a tu cuenta; responderemos en un plazo máximo de 30 días. El tratamiento de tus datos tras la eliminación se rige por la Política de Privacidad.
El tratamiento de tus datos personales se rige por nuestra Política de Privacidad, que forma parte integral de estos términos. Al aceptar estos términos, confirmas haber leído y comprendido la Política de Privacidad.
Zitro Network puede modificar estos términos. Las modificaciones sustanciales se notificarán a través de la aplicación, y la fecha de la última actualización figura al comienzo de este documento. El uso continuado del servicio tras la publicación de las modificaciones constituye aceptación de los términos actualizados. La sección 22 resume los cambios de cada versión.
Zitro Network no será responsable por incumplimientos o demoras causados por circunstancias fuera de su control razonable, incluidos fallos de infraestructura de terceros (proveedores de nube, Google Play, proveedores de publicidad), cortes de conectividad, actos de autoridad, desastres naturales o conflictos armados.
Si un tribunal competente declara inválida o inaplicable alguna disposición de estos términos, esa disposición se limitará o eliminará en la medida mínima necesaria, y el resto de los términos permanecerá en plena vigencia.
No puedes ceder ni transferir tus derechos u obligaciones bajo estos términos sin el consentimiento previo y por escrito de Zitro Network. Zitro Network puede cederlos, en todo o en parte, en caso de fusión, adquisición, reestructuración o venta de la totalidad o de una parte sustancial de sus activos.
Estos términos, junto con la Política de Privacidad, constituyen el acuerdo íntegro entre tú y Zitro Network respecto del uso del servicio, y reemplazan cualquier acuerdo o entendimiento previo sobre la misma materia.
Zitro Network te notificará a través de la aplicación o, cuando corresponda, a la dirección de correo electrónico asociada a tu cuenta de Google. Puedes notificar a Zitro Network escribiendo a privacidad@zitronetwork.com.
Estos términos se publican en español e inglés. Si existiera alguna discrepancia entre ambas versiones, prevalecerá la versión en español.
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de la República Argentina. Cualquier disputa se someterá a los tribunales ordinarios con competencia en Godoy Cruz, provincia de Mendoza, Argentina, salvo que la normativa de protección al consumidor del domicilio del usuario establezca un fuero distinto, en cuyo caso prevalecerá esa normativa.
By accessing or using the Zitro Network application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any of them, you must not use the service.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and Zitro Network (the platform operator).
Zitro Network is a free mobile application that offers:
To use Zitro Network, you must:
Sign-in is performed exclusively with Google (Google Sign-In). Your account is created the first time you sign in; to use the app you must complete your profile by choosing a unique username. When completing your profile you may, if you wish, enter the code of the person who invited you (Section 8).
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. Zitro Network does not store passwords. Any activity performed under your account is considered to be performed by you.
Each individual may have only one account. Creating or using multiple accounts is prohibited. The app detects when several accounts are created from the same device and may flag them for review (Section 13).
To protect the service against fraud, the app verifies the integrity of the device and of the app itself (for example, through Google Play Integrity and the freeRASP security tool). If the device or the app fails those checks—for example, a rooted device, a modified copy of the app, or an installation that does not come from Google Play—the app may block its use or not allow mining sessions to start.
Mining works through sessions of 6, 12, or 24 hours, which you choose when starting. You can only have one active session at a time. To start a session you must watch a rewarded ad in full, which the server verifies with Google, and your device must pass the integrity check described in Section 4.4.
The reward for each session is calculated when you start it and is fixed for that session: nothing that happens during the session increases or reduces it. The app shows you the reward per cycle before you start. When the session ends, the ZTR is credited to your account automatically, even if you do not open the app. For security, ZTR from accounts created a few days ago may remain pending for up to 72 hours before being added to your balance. The app shows when they are credited.
The base mining reward is halved each time the average number of people mining in the app exceeds certain thresholds. Each reduction is permanent and applies to sessions started afterwards; it does not change sessions already started. The current rewards are always those shown in the app.
The streak counts the consecutive days on which you started at least one mining session that was later completed. Days are counted in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). Each time you complete a block of 7 consecutive days you receive a ZTR streak bonus, which is reduced together with mining at each periodic reduction. If a day passes without activity, the streak resets to zero.
Every account has its own referral code from the moment it first signs in. You can share it from the app as a code or as a link. Your code can only be used to invite other people once your profile is complete.
Self-referral, multiple accounts, fake accounts, and any other manipulation of the program are prohibited. Zitro Network may exclude accounts suspected of fraud from the bonus, correct improperly obtained bonuses, and suspend the accounts involved, in accordance with Section 13.
Zitro Academy offers video classes. Each class grants a ZTR reward the first time you complete it; watching an already completed class again does not grant a new reward. To complete a class you must watch the video to the end, and the server verifies that progress. To complete a class, its level must be unlocked: unlocking is obtained by watching a rewarded ad and lasts for a limited time. The reward for each class is the one shown in the app.
Academy content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing published constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Zitro Network is not a registered investment adviser, broker, or regulated entity authorized to provide such advice. Decisions you make about your assets are your sole responsibility; consult an independent professional before making any significant financial decision.
Zitro Network funds the service through advertising. The app displays third-party ads served by Google AdMob: rewarded ads, which must be watched in full to start mining sessions and unlock Academy levels, and banner ads.
The app uses Google's consent form. If you are in a region where your consent is required for personalized ads, such as the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you will be shown that form and can review your choice from the app.
Zitro Network does not control, and is not responsible for, the content of third-party ads or the sites or apps they may direct you to.
The app includes a Wallet section that shows features under development that are not enabled today (connecting external wallets and a P2P market). Zitro does not allow buying, selling, transferring, swapping, or withdrawing ZTR, nor operating with crypto-assets from the app. If any feature were enabled in the future, you will be informed and these Terms will be updated beforehand.
When using Zitro Network, you agree not to:
Do not upload offensive photos or usernames. We may change them or suspend the account. To report content, write to privacidad@zitronetwork.com.
Zitro Network applies automated controls to detect fraud, such as the device check (Section 4.4) and the detection of multiple accounts registered from the same device. When an account is flagged as suspicious, Zitro Network may exclude it from the referral program, prevent it from mining, correct improperly obtained ZTR, or suspend it.
If you believe your account was flagged in error, you can request a review by writing to privacidad@zitronetwork.com from the email address associated with your account. A member of the team will review the case and may remove the flag.
All intellectual property rights in Zitro Network, including but not limited to the brand, logo, design, source code, educational content, and documentation, belong to Zitro Network or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app in accordance with these terms. This license does not confer ownership rights over any element of the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in this section limits or excludes liability to the extent applicable law does not permit it, including for willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, and any non-waivable rights granted to you under the consumer-protection law of your place of residence. If any limitation in this section is held invalid as applied to a particular claim, that invalidity does not affect the others, per Section 20.2 (severability).
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation:
We may suspend or cancel your account if:
You can delete your account at any time from the app: open the menu and choose “Delete account”; to confirm, you will need to type your username. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your profile, your ZTR balance, your Academy progress, and your mining history are deleted. The accounts of the people you invited continue to exist, but lose their link to your account. If you no longer have the app installed, you can request deletion from www.zitronetwork.com/eliminar-cuenta or by writing to privacidad@zitronetwork.com from the email address associated with your account; we will respond within a maximum of 30 days. The handling of your data after deletion is governed by the Privacy Policy.
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
Zitro Network may modify these terms. Material changes will be notified through the app, and the date of the last update appears at the top of this document. Continued use of the service after modifications are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Section 22 summarizes the changes in each version.
Zitro Network shall not be liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including failures in third-party infrastructure (cloud providers, Google Play, advertising providers), connectivity outages, acts of government, natural disasters, or armed conflict.
If a court of competent jurisdiction holds any provision of these terms invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining terms will remain in full force and effect.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without Zitro Network's prior written consent. Zitro Network may assign these terms, in whole or in part, in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets.
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zitro Network regarding use of the service, and supersede any prior agreement or understanding on the same subject.
Zitro Network will notify you through the app or, where applicable, at the email address associated with your Google account. You may notify Zitro Network by writing to privacidad@zitronetwork.com.
These terms are published in Spanish and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Spanish version shall prevail.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts with jurisdiction over Godoy Cruz, Province of Mendoza, Argentina, unless the consumer-protection law applicable at the user's place of residence establishes a different forum, in which case that law shall prevail.
