1. Aceptacion de los terminos

Al acceder o utilizar la aplicacion Zitro Network, aceptas quedar vinculado por estos Terminos de Servicio. Si no estas de acuerdo con alguno de estos terminos, no debes utilizar el servicio.

Estos terminos constituyen un acuerdo legalmente vinculante entre tu (el usuario) y Zitro Network (el operador de la plataforma).

2. Descripcion del servicio

Zitro Network es una plataforma movil que ofrece:

  • Mineria en la nube de tokens ZITRO a traves de celulares moviles, que no afecta ni consume recursos de tu dispositivo.
  • Academia educativa sobre blockchain, criptomonedas y finanzas descentralizadas.
  • Integracion con billeteras Web3 externas para visualizacion de balances y ejecucion de transacciones en Binance Smart Chain.
  • Panel de control con metricas del ecosistema.
  • Sistema de referidos para crecimiento organico de la comunidad.
La mineria en la nube por celulares moviles no consume recursos de tu dispositivo ni implica mineria de criptomonedas tradicional. Los tokens ZITRO son recompensas internas de la aplicacion y no constituyen un activo financiero, valor mobiliario ni inversion.

3. Requisitos de elegibilidad

Para utilizar Zitro Network debes:

  • Tener al menos 18 anos de edad.
  • Disponer de una cuenta de Google valida para autenticacion.
  • No estar sujeto a sanciones ni restricciones que te impidan utilizar servicios de tecnologia financiera.
  • Proporcionar informacion veraz y completa durante el registro.

4. Registro y cuenta

4.1 Creacion de cuenta

El registro se realiza exclusivamente mediante Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0). Al registrarte, deberas completar tu perfil seleccionando un nombre de usuario unico.

4.2 Seguridad de la cuenta

Eres responsable de mantener la seguridad de tu cuenta de Google. Zitro Network no almacena contrasenas. Cualquier actividad realizada bajo tu cuenta se considera realizada por ti.

4.3 Una cuenta por persona

Cada persona fisica puede mantener una unica cuenta. La creacion de multiples cuentas (multi-accounting) esta estrictamente prohibida y puede resultar en la suspension permanente de todas las cuentas vinculadas.

5. Token ZITRO

Los tokens ZITRO son recompensas internas de la aplicacion. No son criptomonedas, valores mobiliarios, instrumentos financieros ni inversiones de ninguna naturaleza. No tienen valor monetario garantizado y no deben considerarse como un mecanismo de inversion o especulacion financiera.
  • Los tokens ZITRO se obtienen mediante la mineria en la nube por celulares moviles dentro de la aplicacion, sin afectar ni consumir recursos de tu dispositivo.
  • La tasa de minado puede variar y esta sujeta a ajustes por parte de Zitro Network.
  • Zitro Network se reserva el derecho de modificar la mecanica, tasa, distribucion o cualquier aspecto del token ZITRO sin previo aviso.
  • No existe obligacion por parte de Zitro Network de mantener, listar o respaldar el valor del token ZITRO en ningun mercado.

6. Billetera Web3 y modelo no custodial

Zitro Network integra funcionalidad de billetera Web3 bajo un modelo estrictamente no custodial:

  • Zitro Network no almacena, gestiona ni tiene acceso a tus claves privadas, frases semilla ni credenciales de billetera.
  • Tu eres el unico responsable de la custodia de tus claves privadas y fondos.
  • Las transacciones en blockchain son irreversibles. Zitro Network no puede revertir, cancelar ni modificar transacciones una vez confirmadas en la red.
  • Zitro Network no es responsable de perdidas derivadas del uso incorrecto de billeteras, phishing, compromiso de claves privadas o errores en direcciones de destino.
  • La vinculacion de billetera se realiza mediante firma criptografica SIWE, que solo requiere tu direccion publica.
Las operaciones con criptomonedas conllevan riesgos inherentes, incluyendo la posibilidad de perdida total de fondos. Opera unicamente con cantidades que puedas permitirte perder.

7. Sistema de referidos

  • Cada usuario recibe un codigo de referido unico al completar su perfil.
  • Los beneficios por referidos se otorgan unicamente cuando el usuario referido completa su registro correctamente.
  • Esta prohibido el abuso del sistema de referidos, incluyendo auto-referidos, cuentas falsas o cualquier forma de manipulacion.
  • Zitro Network se reserva el derecho de revocar bonificaciones obtenidas de manera fraudulenta y suspender las cuentas involucradas.

8. Conducta prohibida

Al utilizar Zitro Network te comprometes a no:

  • Crear multiples cuentas (multi-accounting).
  • Utilizar bots, scripts o herramientas automatizadas para interactuar con la aplicacion.
  • Intentar manipular la mineria en la nube o los balances de tokens.
  • Realizar ingenieria inversa, descompilar o intentar extraer el codigo fuente.
  • Utilizar la plataforma para actividades ilegales, lavado de dinero o financiamiento del terrorismo.
  • Acosar, amenazar o discriminar a otros usuarios.
  • Suplantar la identidad de otra persona o entidad.
  • Interferir con el funcionamiento normal de la plataforma.
  • Eludir mecanismos de seguridad, verificacion o control de acceso.

9. Propiedad intelectual

Todos los derechos de propiedad intelectual sobre Zitro Network, incluyendo pero sin limitarse a la marca, logotipo, diseno, codigo fuente, contenido educativo y documentacion, pertenecen a Zitro Network o sus licenciantes.

Se te otorga una licencia limitada, no exclusiva, intransferible y revocable para utilizar la aplicacion conforme a estos terminos. Esta licencia no te confiere derechos de propiedad sobre ningun elemento de la plataforma.

10. Limitacion de responsabilidad

En la maxima medida permitida por la ley aplicable:

  • Zitro Network no sera responsable por danos indirectos, incidentales, especiales, consecuentes o punitivos.
  • Zitro Network no sera responsable por perdidas derivadas de transacciones en blockchain, fluctuaciones de precio de criptomonedas o fallos en billeteras externas.
  • Zitro Network no sera responsable por interrupciones del servicio, perdida de datos o accesos no autorizados resultantes de circunstancias fuera de nuestro control razonable.
  • La responsabilidad total de Zitro Network frente a cualquier reclamacion no excedera el monto que hayas pagado por el servicio en los 12 meses anteriores al evento.

11. Exclusion de garantias

El servicio se proporciona "tal cual" y "segun disponibilidad", sin garantias de ninguna naturaleza, expresas o implicitas, incluyendo sin limitacion:

  • Garantias de comerciabilidad o idoneidad para un proposito particular.
  • Garantia de disponibilidad ininterrumpida o libre de errores.
  • Garantia de que los tokens ZITRO tendran o mantendran algun valor.
  • Garantia sobre la exactitud de los balances mostrados o la informacion de mercado.

12. Suspension y terminacion

12.1 Por parte de Zitro Network

Nos reservamos el derecho de suspender o cancelar tu cuenta, sin previo aviso, si:

  • Violas estos terminos de servicio.
  • Incurres en conducta prohibida segun la seccion 8.
  • Detectamos actividad fraudulenta o sospechosa.
  • Lo exige una obligacion legal o regulatoria.

12.2 Por parte del usuario

Puedes solicitar la eliminacion de tu cuenta en cualquier momento contactando a support@zitronetwork.com. Tras la eliminacion, los datos se tratan conforme a nuestra Politica de Privacidad.

13. Privacidad

El tratamiento de tus datos personales se rige por nuestra Politica de Privacidad, que forma parte integral de estos terminos. Al aceptar estos terminos, confirmas haber leido y comprendido la Politica de Privacidad.

14. Modificaciones

Zitro Network se reserva el derecho de modificar estos terminos en cualquier momento. Las modificaciones sustanciales seran notificadas a traves de la aplicacion. El uso continuado del servicio tras la publicacion de modificaciones constituye aceptacion de los terminos actualizados.

15. Ley aplicable y jurisdiccion

Estos terminos se rigen por las leyes aplicables en la jurisdiccion donde opera Zitro Network. Cualquier disputa sera resuelta ante los tribunales competentes de dicha jurisdiccion, salvo que la normativa aplicable al consumidor establezca una jurisdiccion diferente.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Zitro Network application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you must not use the service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and Zitro Network (the platform operator).

2. Service description

Zitro Network is a mobile platform that offers:

  • Cloud-based mining of ZITRO tokens through mobile phones, which does not affect or consume your device's resources.
  • Educational academy covering blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized finance.
  • Integration with external Web3 wallets for balance viewing and transaction execution on Binance Smart Chain.
  • Dashboard with ecosystem metrics.
  • Referral system for organic community growth.
Cloud-based mining through mobile phones does not consume your device's resources nor involve traditional cryptocurrency mining. ZITRO tokens are internal application rewards and do not constitute a financial asset, security, or investment.

3. Eligibility requirements

To use Zitro Network, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Have a valid Google account for authentication.
  • Not be subject to sanctions or restrictions preventing you from using financial technology services.
  • Provide truthful and complete information during registration.

4. Registration and account

4.1 Account creation

Registration is performed exclusively through Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0). Upon registration, you must complete your profile by selecting a unique username.

4.2 Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. Zitro Network does not store passwords. Any activity performed under your account is considered to be performed by you.

4.3 One account per person

Each individual may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all linked accounts.

5. ZITRO token

ZITRO tokens are internal application rewards. They are not cryptocurrencies, securities, financial instruments, or investments of any kind. They have no guaranteed monetary value and should not be considered as an investment or financial speculation mechanism.
  • ZITRO tokens are obtained through cloud-based mining via mobile phones within the application, without affecting or consuming your device's resources.
  • The mining rate may vary and is subject to adjustments by Zitro Network.
  • Zitro Network reserves the right to modify the mechanics, rate, distribution, or any aspect of the ZITRO token without prior notice.
  • There is no obligation on the part of Zitro Network to maintain, list, or support the value of the ZITRO token in any market.

6. Web3 wallet and non-custodial model

Zitro Network integrates Web3 wallet functionality under a strictly non-custodial model:

  • Zitro Network does not store, manage, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials.
  • You are solely responsible for the custody of your private keys and funds.
  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Zitro Network cannot reverse, cancel, or modify transactions once confirmed on the network.
  • Zitro Network is not responsible for losses arising from incorrect wallet usage, phishing, private key compromise, or errors in destination addresses.
  • Wallet linking is performed via SIWE cryptographic signature, which only requires your public address.
Cryptocurrency operations carry inherent risks, including the possibility of total loss of funds. Only operate with amounts you can afford to lose.

7. Referral system

  • Each user receives a unique referral code upon completing their profile.
  • Referral benefits are granted only when the referred user correctly completes registration.
  • Abuse of the referral system is prohibited, including self-referrals, fake accounts, or any form of manipulation.
  • Zitro Network reserves the right to revoke fraudulently obtained bonuses and suspend involved accounts.

8. Prohibited conduct

When using Zitro Network, you agree not to:

  • Create multiple accounts (multi-accounting).
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the application.
  • Attempt to manipulate cloud-based mining or token balances.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
  • Use the platform for illegal activities, money laundering, or terrorism financing.
  • Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the platform.
  • Circumvent security, verification, or access control mechanisms.

9. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in Zitro Network, including but not limited to the brand, logo, design, source code, educational content, and documentation, belong to Zitro Network or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the application in accordance with these terms. This license does not confer ownership rights over any element of the platform.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Zitro Network shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Zitro Network shall not be liable for losses arising from blockchain transactions, cryptocurrency price fluctuations, or failures in external wallets.
  • Zitro Network shall not be liable for service interruptions, data loss, or unauthorized access resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Zitro Network's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the event.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Warranty of uninterrupted or error-free availability.
  • Warranty that ZITRO tokens will have or maintain any value.
  • Warranty regarding the accuracy of displayed balances or market information.

12. Suspension and termination

12.1 By Zitro Network

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account, without prior notice, if:

  • You violate these terms of service.
  • You engage in prohibited conduct as described in section 8.
  • We detect fraudulent or suspicious activity.
  • A legal or regulatory obligation requires it.

12.2 By the user

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support@zitronetwork.com. After deletion, data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Privacy

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

14. Modifications

Zitro Network reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through the application. Continued use of the service after the publication of modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the applicable laws in the jurisdiction where Zitro Network operates. Any dispute shall be resolved before the competent courts of said jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law establishes a different jurisdiction.
